Een eerste prijs bij het Prinses Christina Jazz Concours lanceerde de enorme carri\u00e8re van de jonge Mexicaanse zangeres, contrabassiste en componiste. Ze trad op tijdens het North Sea Jazz Festival en had een residency in het Bimhuis. Deze IJ-Salon betekent haar eerste samenwerking met musici van het Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018I love your strings. Can we please do something with strings? Do they improvise?\u2019 Fuensanta reageerde direct laaiend enthousiast toen Michael Gieler, artistiek leider van de IJ-Salon, haar belde.
